Well-coming

I think the children are basically better. We'll stay at home for another week to make sure the bugs are out so we don't pass it to anyone. I'm bee extremely fortunate that James has been able to help with the kids. He got up with Edin almost every night when the little man needed more medicine. And James gets up with the kids in the morning so I can get more sleep because I've been up with Lizzie. I probably abuse the gift but I can't help but get stuck in bed most mornings. It takes me a long time to get back to sleep when I nurse Lizzie.

James has been sick, too, and of course I got it. The family was sick for at least a week before I was infected and that truly surprised me. I was actually pretty lucky though because James was feeling much better so he was able to help more and I was only sick for a couple of days. I was praying for a miracle and I got one.

It seems like the more I stay at home the more people I want to see and things I want to do. That's how it goes though, right? You want what you can't have. I'm just happy the kids will be well before Baby Katelyn's blessing. I didn't want to have to miss it but I was willing to to protect and wee one. I love my family. I love my friends. I'm so blessed and happy. Life is so good.

I get tired of being stuck at home. The worst was when the kids had the chicken pox back to back. I was in for almost 3 weeks I think.
