RSV and funny things

Edin's had a pretty bad cough the last few days so I took him in to the doctor this morning and he thinks Edin has RSV, which is highly contagious. Goody! Lizzie has started coughing, too, and if any of you know anything about RSV you understand how serious this could be. Dr. Later thinks Edin will be fine since he's had it more than a couple of days and can still breath and eat. Plus, he's two. Lizzie, being under one year old, could be in serious trouble. I guess RSV is really going around this year and the hospital is full of little kids with it. Lizzie is still able to breath, although she is wheezing. And she's not coughing so hard she throughs up, plus keeps her food down. So I'm keeping an eye on her but man, what a bummer. We won't be going any where for while, :(.

On a happier note, Edin has said some pretty funny things lately. For yes, Edin used to just say "huh," like "uh huh." Then he progressed to "yeah" and "yes." He says it with such zeal. Yesterday I was playing him some primary songs off of the lds.org website and we sang the snow man song. The part that says "tall, tall, tall" really stuck with him but he was singing "snow, snow, snow." It was so cute. He would randomly burst out in song. The said another funny thing when James was scooter his chair closer to the table. He said "Woo hoo!" like he was going for a ride. It cracked me up. He also says "exuse me" when he's trying to get by you, and "frick" when he drops something. You can thank James for that one. I love my little boy. He's growing up so fast. He has a good sense of humor and really loves people. Oh, and at night he has to sleep with "grandpa bear," which is the teddy bear my dad and Debbie got for him for Christmas. Edin sure knows how to pick'em. Love that kid.

This is Edin all sicky. He watched movies a lot and sat there. Poor little red eyes.

That is so yucky! I sorry, hope they get better soon and don't have to go to the hospital! Sounds like you had a good Christmas. It was fun having you here, even if it was a little crazy. Good luck with the kids.
